Inn Ephesians 4:15-16, Paul reminds us that discipleship is not a solitary journey. As we “speak the truth in love,” we grow into Christ together, each person contributing unique gifts to the life of the community. Spiritual maturity is not measured simply by what we know, but by how deeply our lives are connected to Christ and to one another. When each member serves faithfully, the whole body is strengthened and built up in love.
We are called to grow with others in the body of Christ while also tending the inner life that keeps us attentive to God’s presence. As we encourage one another in love and remain watchful for Christ’s coming, we become a community whose light shines brightly in the world.
