This passage from Matthew chapter 24, is not meant to instill fear but to develop alertness and faithful living. The unpredictability of Christ’s return challenges us to resist complacency. We often fall into routines such as working, eating, planning forgetting that our lives are part of a larger divine story. Matthew 24:36–44 shakes us awake, reminding us that eternity can break into the present at any moment.
Discipleship is about daily readiness, living in such a way that whenever Christ comes, we are found faithful. This readiness is not passive waiting but active engagement: practicing justice, showing mercy, and embodying hope in a world that often drifts into distraction.
Join us as we wait…wait for the birth of our savior. Let us focus on the importance and intimacy of the gift God has given to each of us.
Join with us on Sunday, November 30. We invite you to Come and See! Worship begins at 10 am. You can participate in worship via Facebook and YouTube as well as Zoom Join Zoom Meeting
