John 17:20-26 is part of Jesus’ prayer before His crucifixion. In this passage, Jesus prays not only for His disciples but also for all future believers. He asks for unity among them, just as He and the Father are one, so that the world may recognize God’s love and believe in Him. Jesus desires that His followers experience the same divine love that He shares with the Father and that they ultimately be with Him in glory.
We can apply Jesus’ message of unity today by fostering love, understanding, and togetherness in our communities.
Join with us on Sunday, June 1 as we continue to celebrate the power of the resurrection and listen to Jesus’ prayer for us.
We invite you to Come and See! Worship begins at 10 am. You can participate in worship via Facebook and YouTube as well as Zoom Meeting ID 824 7195 2539
