How do we perceive the Kingdom of God?\u00a0 God\u2019s kingdom comes apart from our efforts, cannot be controlled or influenced, and can only be received as a gift. In this sense, faith is a lot more like falling in love than deciding on something after thinking about all the facts. Kingdom-faith, like love, is something that comes from the outside and grabs hold of you and fills your soul.<\/p>\n

The kingdom of peace, freedom and justice that Jesus was talking about is something that only God can create. We have to recognize that it\u2019s our job to keep on persevering in the planting and tending the gospel seeds of mercy, kindness and love so we can capitalize on what God creates.\u00a0 We are the human garden growing in faith.<\/p>\n
