John 1:35-42<\/p>\n

The next day John\u00a0was there again with two of his disciples.<\/span>\u00a036\u00a0<\/sup>When he saw Jesus passing by, he said, \u201cLook, the Lamb of God!\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

37\u00a0<\/sup>When the two disciples heard him say this, they followed Jesus.<\/span>\u00a038\u00a0<\/sup>Turning around, Jesus saw them following and asked,\u00a0\u201cWhat do you want?\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

They said, \u201cRabbi\u201d\u00a0(which means \u201cTeacher\u201d), \u201cwhere are you staying?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

39\u00a0<\/sup>\u201cCome,\u201d<\/span>\u00a0he replied,\u00a0\u201cand you will see.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

So they went and saw where he was staying, and they spent that day with him. It was about four in the afternoon.<\/span><\/p>\n

40\u00a0<\/sup>Andrew, Simon Peter\u2019s brother, was one of the two who heard what John had said and who had followed Jesus.<\/span>\u00a041\u00a0<\/sup>The first thing Andrew did was to find his brother Simon and tell him, \u201cWe have found the Messiah\u201d (that is, the Christ).<\/span>\u00a042\u00a0<\/sup>And he brought him to Jesus.<\/span><\/p>\n
